Photoshoot

Yesterday, I drug out all my stuff....FINALLY! I've been meaning to get 1 year pics of Chloe for 2 months now. So now I have 14 month pics. She was a little difficult this time now that she's walking. Or make that A LOT. :) She's a tough egg to crack too. She wouldn't smile for nothing. Daddy tried. Cole tried. I tried. I think it has something to do with the camera at my face! ;)
My little poser, Cole, had to jump in for pictures too. He actually had Daddy pick out his "nice" clothes for pictures. As always, he hammed it up! I just cannot get over how cute he is! I am not looking forward to all the girls that are going to be chasing him in the future!

Chloe at 14 months-
* walking
*eats A LOT
*cut 2 more teeth
*says mama, dada, ball, all done, hi, bye, that, thank you
*plugs her nose when we tell her she is stinky
*still not sleeping through the night...especially not when cutting teeth
*shakes her head yes and no
*throws tantrums
*still takes 2 naps a day
*loves books

It's been awhile! We've had lots of sickness around here lately. Cole and I had bronchitis. Everyone except Cole got a stomach bug about 2 weeks ago or so. Chloe is just getting
over a double ear infection. Not to mention the 2nd stomach bug she just had the past 3 days. I
believe I have pink eye in both eyes. Thanks to a friend that gave us some eye drops a couple months ago, I think it's going away. Oh and allergies....man Cole and I have allergies! We take medicine daily to "try" to be comfortable. His are working, mine not so much. So all in all we are here and so blessed that we are feeling better!

The above photo of the kiddos was taken the other day...sick Chloe and all. It's nearly a miracle to get a pic of all 3 looking at the camera and not hitting one another. Those with 2 or more kiddos knows exactly what I am talking about! ;)

Best birthday present yet!

Everyday this week he's gotten off the bus asking if he can ride his dirt bike. On Tuesday, his birthday, he didn't have a very good afternoon at school and ended up on RED. He knew right away that he wouldn't be able to ride it. Such a smart kid he is for figuring that one up on his own. So yesterday and today he rode and rode and rode some more. This evening we went down the street to the "wash out" to ride. Flat land and dirt...a boys favorite thing. Well in the 3 days he's riding the bike he's built up A LOT of confidence in himself. Almost like he's invincible. Well this evening he took a tumble and flew off the bike. I thank goodness didn't see it. I was with a neighbor lady looking at some newly built houses. Come back to see Daddy by P and heard him crying. Thankfully, he didn't get hurt...well just his pride did and he got back on. He needed to be shaken up a bit though because his need for speed was getting outta control. So this brought him back down a bit.

The past couple days...
